Delete your RimoShort account and associated data:
In the app, go to Mine → DeleteAccount to submit an account-deletion request. If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email wangding86520@gmail.com with the subject “RimoShort Account and Data Deletion Request.” Include your account ID or registered email so that we can verify your identity. Do not send your password or payment-card details. We will verify and handle your request.
You can withdraw an in-app request within seven days. If you do not withdraw it, after seven days we will delete your account and associated personal data, including sign-in data and usage records. Users who have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in may request the same deletion by email; we will verify their identity and process the request. Limited records necessary for payment, tax, accounting, security, or dispute obligations may be retained where the law permits or requires, with their use restricted.
Deleting your RimoShort account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in Google Play. Contact us at the email above if you need assistance.

This policy explains how Jessey Wang (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you use the RimoShort short-video app, its website, customer support, and related services. It does not govern the separate services of third parties that you access through their own sites or apps. The categories described below apply when you use the relevant feature; we do not necessarily collect every category from every user.
If you sign in with a supported third-party account, such as Google, Apple, or Facebook, we may receive the identifiers and profile information that the provider shares with us under your authorization. Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, performance, and measurement. Your browser can control cookies, although some features may then stop working.
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide videos, recommendations, purchases and membership benefits; verify payment and subscription status; respond to feedback; operate and improve our services; prevent abuse and fraud; measure advertising and product performance; send service messages or permitted notifications; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We process only the information needed for each purpose and use additional consent where required.
We may share relevant information with providers that help us operate the app: hosting and technical support providers; app stores and payment processors such as Google, Apple, and Stripe for purchases, verification, refunds, and subscription management; sign-in, analytics, attribution, advertising, and push-notification providers such as Google, Facebook/Meta, and AppsFlyer where those services are used. These providers may process data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or our service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. We do not provide payment passwords or full card details to advertisers.
Third-party links, app stores, and payment services have their own policies. Please review their notices before using them. If you share content outside RimoShort, information you choose to share may be visible according to the destination service's settings.
Service data may be stored and processed in Singapore or other locations needed to operate the service, subject to applicable safeguards. We use measures such as encrypted transmission, access controls, authentication, monitoring, and limited staff access to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as needed to deliver the service and for legitimate security, support, accounting, or legal purposes. We then delete or anonymize it where applicable. Backup copies may take longer to cycle out and are restricted from ordinary use while awaiting deletion. If you request account and associated-data deletion, the process and exceptions are described above.
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage supported profile and notification settings in the app or device. To exercise a right, including deletion when you cannot access the app, email wangding86520@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information when the law requires or permits it. We will explain any applicable limitation in our response.
RimoShort is not directed to children under 18. If you are a minor under applicable law, use the service only with the required consent and guidance of a parent or guardian. A guardian who believes a child's information was collected without appropriate consent may contact us at the email above for review and deletion as appropriate.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice or consent where required. The current policy is available from the app and at https://www.rimoreel.com/privacy.
